Through this partnership, Atturra has equipped multiple schools with enterprise-grade laptops that can be uniformly configured to the institution’s policies and guidelines to provide all students with the same level of education.

Is there a charge for delivery?

No, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Can I have my order delivered to the school for collection?

For accessory orders, we can delivery to the school IT Department for collection. 

However, all laptop packages will be delivered as per the schools requirement. This can differ between schools and the time of year..

Please make sure you refer to your schools laptop portal page for detailed information on delivery for your laptop package.

How long will delivery take?

Accessory orders generally take between 3-5 days to be delivered to the school or home address. If there is any delay to an order, we will contact you directly.

Can I pay other than credit card?

Yes, however, please note, we do not charge additional fees for payment by credit card.

If you would like to proceed with another payment option, you can select "Manual Payment" at checkout. . If you select this option your order confirmation email will contain EFT transfer details. Please use your order number as the transfer reference.

Please be aware that your order is not considered finalised until full payment has been received.  

Can you setup the device for us?

Our technical specialists liaise with our laptop vendors directly, providing complete device setup, so they arrive ready to go. All the preset applications, operating systems, integrations, and images are all there and ready to be used.

How does the laptop support program work?

With our 1:1 laptop Program we provide your school with a dedicated speciliast technician, who can deliver ongoing support and IT problem-solving as you need it.

How quickly can you repair a broken laptop?

Accidents happen, we get it. Students shouldn’t have to wait days or weeks for their laptop to be repaired, so we’ve made it as quick as possible to get them up and running. We can proudly boast that 85% of our support tickets are completed within the same day, and 98% fixed within 24 hours. We repair your devices at school, too, without the need to visit your students’ homes.

Are your devices secure?

Your students’ devices are in the safest of hands. This includes managing your cybersecurity and antivirus platforms to ensure all your devices remain secure, up to date, free from spam, viruses, and malware.

Can I receive my device earlier?

No, due to the large number of devices we have worked with your school to deliver on scheduled dates.

What if I am away while the device is delivered?

All laptops require a signature to be delivered, if you are away the courier will take your delivery to the local post office.
